WisdomShares gathers, organizes and distributes working wisdom in two ways:
Sparks and Stories.

A Spark is your wisdom. Like the moral of a story or an aphorism, a Spark is an encapsulated maxim of working wisdom, a personal aphorism, developed during your lifetime. We all have a few practical Sparks and some of us have gathered a considerable collection of guiding Sparks. By sharing a few of your Sparks, your wisdom will very likely help develop and enlighten other WisdomShares users.

A Story expands on and frames a Spark, someone else's or even your own. A Story relates how the Working Wisdom of a Spark performs in real life situations. Stories can offer confirming or contradictory, and, even in some cases, conflicting evidence. To resonate, a Story should be a factual anecdote relating to a specific Spark. Any WisdomShares user can share one Story about a Spark.

Everything shared on WisdomShares is anonymous. Consequently, your wisdom will never be judged by any measures related to your real world stature or experience. In WisdomShares, your wisdom and your evidence speak for themselves. This is truly an environment free from pre-conception or inappropriate judgments.
